Promedika is a healthcare company based in North Macedonia that provides medical services and products to healthcare institutions, medical professionals, and patients. Since its establishment in 1996, the company offers a comprehensive range of medical equipment, devices, and supplies. Promedika partners with more than 60 reputable international companies and holds a certification for the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System and the ISO 14001-2004 Environmental Management System.
Challenge
After struggling with the dynamic marketing industry and applying various tactics that don’t bring about any results, Promedika enlisted our help in ensuring a smooth induction into the digital world. The team was interested in investing in marketing, increasing the company’s brand awareness, and improving customers’ perceptions.
