Designer Plants is an Australian-owned company specializing in designing and manufacturing artificial greenery. The company offers a wide range of high-quality, lifelike artificial green walls, topiary, hedges, and garlands for both residential and commercial use. In 2022, Designer Plants forayed into the US market in an effort to expand its business and reach a new customer base.
THE CHALLENGES
As the Australian and US markets are vastly different, Designer Plants enlisted our help in ensuring a smooth transition. The founder put an increase in sales ahead of other needs but also noted the importance of raising brand awareness and boosting organic and paid website traffic, all while maintaining the same ad spend. After thorough research, we pinpointed other areas in need of improvement:
